When it comes to the levels provided there is a great variety of sections available to play. To unlock further areas you must gain a certain amount of medals in order to progress with every area having the usual Bronze, Silver and Gold to gain. The actual story itself or really just the campaign area is split into multiple areas that each have a certain environmental theme and basically just carry from there.
Though with a lack of releases I thought I might as well give it a shot and I am quite happy with the purchase as it really does offer a fantastic set of default maps with an editor that will bring almost an unlimited amount of more to play. For me this is really interesting and dynamic in gameplay as I have honestly never played a Trials game before electing just to miss out on them as I never thought it would be my sort of thing. Moving forward with this it is really awesome seeing track pieces slide in or out and track coming out of nowhere to help form a completely new direction to traverse through. Now when I say realistic, it really doesn't look too outlandish in terms of scenery or even road style.
